Years ago, I experienced significant permanent hearing loss. I was saddened last April when that loss became even more severe. It brought me fear and a loss of confidence both in the work place and day-to-day activities.

After being recommended to Catalyst Medical Center by a few different doctors in town and witnessing all of the wonderful things, Dr. Susan Mathison has done for the community, making an appointment at Catalyst was the obvious choice. The next few months resulted in a very positive journey for me and it’s important that I share this with all of you.

Truthfully, I’ve never experienced health care like this. Your facility is beautiful; I was always greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable at my appointments.

The smooth and timely processes your team has in place didn’t go unnoticed. Your team shined, it is evident everyone works together very well and your relationships with one another result in strong relationships with your patients.

I am grateful for all of the time Dr. Bolda has spent listening to me and educating me. She has always been so positive and her level of care and compassion is beyond what I would have expected. She made me feel like a friend rather than just another patient. Dr. Soine is truly an expert in her area. She took the time to explain things and answer questions and she always called me back in a timely manner. The nurses were very friendly and were always interested in my improvement at each appointment.

I hope you know you are changing lives in what you do. I’ve had great improvement in my hearing since April. Thank you for making such an impact on my life. Thank you for the positive change.

My Name is Casie Coulter and I was 5 weeks post-partum when I got a fotofacial at Catalyst. I was definitely apprehensive about the procedure as I didn’t know what I would like after and if any complications could arise. I was please to find out that the procedure did not last more than 30 minutes, it was not painful and I could cover up my redness with make-up right after the procedure.  By the end of the week my skin looked amazing, the color tone was so smooth. I could not believe the dramatic results with just one treatment! I am sold!! Post-partum can be a time of self-consciousness, at least for me. This procedure was any easy fix for such a common skin disorder associated with pregnancy.

I am so grateful to the staff at Catalyst Medical Center for helping me look and feel great for my wedding. There were so many things to do in preparation for the big day, including a few cosmetic procedures. Thanks to you, I had less wrinkles, less unwanted hair, flawless skin, and longer eyelashes! This is just a quick note to say thank you! I feel good. I am so happy I had the Restylane® injections. It is such a subtle difference. I just look a little more “refreshed.” I had no idea it could be done under the eyes or in the lips. It’s like I got a mini face lift. When I use to look in the mirror, all I saw on my face were the lines under my eyes and around my mouth. I looked tired all the time. The lines are still there, but so much softer. Immediately after the injections I was concerned about bruising, but just had a couple of minor ones by my lip that I was able to cover up. I was a little apprehensive that I would look stretched or plastic, but I’m very pleased with the whole procedure. After two weeks any “hard” feelings were gone and it looks very natural. I’ll be celebrating my 50th birthday and I gave myself the best gift I could think of.

I actually enjoyed my visit. You were very pleasant to be with and made me feel very comfortable. You and Patti are a great team to be treated by. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Thank you for giving me back my glow! I have been to medical spas and dermatologists from California to Palm Beach, and have never found a more state-of-the-art facility. Not only that, your level of professionalism and courtesy is heads and shoulders above any place I’ve been. That is why, even though I don’t live in Fargo, I specifically plan business trips to Fargo at least every four months. It’s easier to just come to Fargo every four months (I live in Mexico) than spend the time and money going to inferior doctors who cannot provide what you consistently provide every time; a refreshing, cutting-edge, pain-free experience that me look and feel younger every time.

Dr. Mathison, I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful I am for all the help I received from you and Dr. Paparella. Before surgery I was spending about a day a week in bed, feeling not very good the majority of the time and my family suffering right along with me.

I now feel like I have my life back. My business has really been growing.

I just wanted to let you know how I was doing and thank, thank, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help. You are a spectacular doctor.
