EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Current RN license in the state of North Dakota

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures is a plus
  • Certification in relevant aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
  • Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and delivering natural-looking results
  • Ability to work flexible hours mainly between 8:00am-8:00pm and Saturday’s

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Perform consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Prepare supplies in work area for treatments
  • Administer a range of aesthetic procedures, such as injectables, laser treatments, and skincare procedures
  • Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and potential outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients throughout their experience
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments

  • Current RN, LPN, or MA license in the state of North Dakota

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • One year experience in clinical setting preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable with blood draws and giving injections per provider orders
  • Ability to work flexible hours mainly between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday 
  • Previous experience working in ENT, Allergy, Dermatology, or Family Practice
    preferred but not required 

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Room patient and obtain HPI
  • Prepare supplies in work area for procedures/treatments 
  • Oversee preparation of exam rooms which include restocking medical supplies,
    educational materials and pharmaceutical supplies and samples 
  • Perform blood draws, injections, and suture removals 
  • Obtain and document patient vitals, conditions, and reactions to treatments 
  • Return patient phone messages, triage incoming calls, pre-certify surgical and other
    procedures 
  • Maintain patient confidentiality, including HIPAA and practice specific compliance
    guidelines 
  • Attend and maintain training relevant to role, including practice management software,
    CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, fast learning, caring and compassionate Patient Service Specialist for our Medical Clinic located in Fargo. A Patient Service Specialist engages with new and existing patients with an outgoing personality. Excellent listening and communication skills, professional demeanor, and a passion for exceptional customer service are just a few of the qualities that would make a successful Patient Service Specialist.

This is a full-time position with hours ranging from 7:30AM-6PM, Monday-Friday.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in customer service, clinical spa or concierge service required.
  • Experience handling a large volume of calls and strong communication skills required.
  • Must possess strong computer skills.
  • Previous experience in a health care setting preferred.

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: **

  • Open and close the clinic according to protocol.
  • Register arriving patients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Ensure all new patient paperwork is completed accurately, photo ID, insurance, billing and HIPAA information is collected.
  • Verify patients’ insurance eligibility.
  • Maintain patient records and patient confidentiality, comply with HIPAA and practice compliance guidelines.
  • Confidently answer and convert calls into scheduled appointments while providing exceptional customer service to each caller.
  • Detailed knowledge of the clinic specialties, products, and current promotions to inform and educate patients.
  • An understanding of each provider’s individual skills and abilities to easily make scheduling decisions and recommendations to patients.
  • Outbound calls to answer patient inquiries, book appointments and sell services.
  • Check out patients working with providers and nurses.
  • Mark patients as departed or no-show, follow practice policy if no-show or short notice cancellation.
  • Create reports and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Tidy waiting rooms and restrooms.
  • Attend all regular staff meetings.
